The SL Connect is the ultimate answer to sheet storage in smaller production areas. This compact storage system has been specially developed for metalworking companies looking to achieve maximum efficiency within a limited floor space. Thanks to its smart, modular design and automated workflow, the SL Connect offers a high degree of space saving, without compromising speed, security or ease of use. Even at just 5 metres high, at least 25 storage spaces are possible, ensuring maximum space saving and optimum efficiency. The SL Connect is available for both 3×1.5 and 4×2 sized sheets and suitable for sheet thicknesses up to 20 mm.

With the SL Connect, cut sheets are stored fully automatically, immediately after cutting. This results in a streamlined internal logistics process with significantly less forklift and crane movements. This makes the workplace safer and more convenient. At the same time, the system reduces the risk of damaging precious sheet material – a common problem in manual storage.

For specific applications, such as the scratch-free depositing of sensitive materials or the efficient feeding of residual pieces, an additional side output/AGV pick-up is possible. This keeps the system flexible within diverse production environments.
